ERHAN SAKAOGLU, ESQUIRE

Erhan grew up in Izmir, Turkey and has lived in the United States for almost 15 years. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked for several investment firms and banks. He is an active member of the Florida Turkish American Association. Erhan opened this law firm in January 2006 and later welcomed Dominic Romano, as a partner. Erhan currently owns interests in many different ventures such as real estate, marble and travertine. His experience includes corporate, international business, real estate transactions and litigation.

DOMINIC A. “NICO” ROMANO, ESQUIRE

Dominic, or Nico as he is often referred to, grew up in Rome, Italy and has lived in several countries throughout his life. He is fluent in Italian, Spanish, and French. Prior to becoming an attorney he worked at the United Nations in New York as a representative for the Non-Governmental Organization – Pax Romana. While in law school he clerked for the United States Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration Review as well as several prominent litigation firms. He began his career as an attorney at GrayRobinson, P.A. in the Alcohol Beverage, Corporate, Real Estate Transactions, and Litigation groups.

Nico is also a member of the board of Young Italians around the World (“Giovani Italiani nel Mondo”). This organization is a commission associated with the Italian Consulate in Miami, established by the Italian government whose purpose is, among other things, to aid young Italians around the world to acclimate to their new surrounding while keeping them connected to Italy.

Nico’s practice areas include Bankruptcy, Business Law, Corporate Transactions, Foreclosure Defense and Litigation.
